    "we stayed for only one night, and we were on business. it is thus impossible to give a proper review. however based on that one nights experience, we would unfortunately be reluctant to return, despite the hotels excellent reputation and the large number of guests staying. Sorry not to be more positive." (99692193)

    Despi arriving early, we were quickly accomodated to a clean room.

    the noise, constant background footfalls, a party that went on late into the night with the endless reverberations of bass sounds.

    location, cleanliness and leisure centre facilities

    my room had no view as the windows were frosted, temporarily I think due to building works.

    "This is a very friendly, well run hotel in beautiful surroundings and within walking distance of Galway city and the promenade in Salthill." (3304676273)

    Very welcoming, efficient staff, friendly atmosphere and lovely surroundings. The night porter was a perfect gentleman.

    "Before booking into the hotel I feel I should have been informed it was a building site with noise from 8am. Poor lighting in the car park with no provision for smoking." (3304067852)
