    Staff were pleasant and helpful and listened and helped with all requests. Liked the touch of chocolat and lavender on pillow. Loved the heated bathroom floor! Great pool and leisure area

    Room only rate is bit tight as with all hotels

    "This hotel was very nice and the rooms and facilities were clean and smart. The pool was nice but the changing rooms were very cold and the childrens pool was far too cold for young children. The food was very nice and it was certainly an overall very enjoyable hotel." (99720836)

    Nice rooms, staff friendly and pleasant.

    The pool was not actually a spa - more a good quality leisure centre

    "overall we had a great time and will definately reccommend to others to stay at the Oriel. the only thing i would mention is that the breakfast the next morning was rather disorganised, however i understand that it was extremely busy. the food was devine though." (3305181922)

    the decor was fab and the leisure centre was perfect, exactly what we needed!

    Everything, especially the heated bathroom floor!

    You would find it very hard to find something to dislike I certainly couldn't.
