    La perfetta organizzazione per il trasporto da/per EuroDisney/Hotel

    Le bevande, compresa l'acqua, sono troppo costose; la scelta del menu per la cena è troppo restrittiva, ogni cliente dovrebbe avere la possibilità di servirsi a buffet.

    confort de la chambre, navettes gratuites et fréquentes jusqu'au parc eurodisney, qualité et diversité du petit-déjeuner, parking gratuit et chambres disponibles tôt dans la matinée.

    la salle où l'on prend les repas n'est pas dans le même batiment que la chambre, passage obligé par l'extérieur.

    nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien très propre avec une bonne organisation pour les repas la navette qui mène au parc disney tout les quarts d'heure un trés bon personnel bon rapport qualité/prix

    la chambre familliale un peu petite mais suffisante pour passé quelques nuitées

    "Bien, c'est un bon hotêl agréable surtout en famille, les chambres sont très belles, et l'avantage c'est qu'on entend pratiquement pas de bruit à partir de 23 h , sur place j'ai aimé la bouilloire ainsi que les cafés mis à disposition dans les chambres, un agréable séjour à l'hotel kyriad merci encore" (108091340)

    le personnel très agréable et toujours disponible et souriant(très important) , les chambres sont très belles et climatisées, on se sent bien, le petit déjeuner ainsi que les navettes toujours à temps,

    les lits étaient mals faits et l'aspirateur n'étaient pas toujours bien passé (notamment en dessous du lit)

    Staff friendly and very helpful

    Dinner was not the most enjoyable part of the stay with poor choice of foods and general free for all during the service. Not good value for money, however the staff were excellent. Breakfast good.

    Shuttle service & luggage room was very good. Very well placed.

    Buffet breakfast plenty of food. Clean comfortable beds.Disney bus shuttle very good service.Good location for visiting Paris or Eurodisney

    Difficult to find somewhere to sit in the restaurant in the mornings. On the last night of our stay one of our party was ill with food posioning caused by eating at a restaurant in the Disney village.When reception was conntacted at 9p.m. to ask for help with cleaning products so we could clean up the bathroom no asstistance was given. We were told that they had no accesss to cleaning materials and no staff to help!

    The hotel was very clean and well run, the staff were excellent, especially the restaurant staff who retrieved my husband's coat and camera when he left them at a table outside the restaurant one night. The bus service to Disney was very good but the stop at Disney could do with a shelter.

    The room was extremely small and barely adequate. Although we were an older couple we had one of our Grandchilren in the room with us as there was not enough room for 3 children in my son and daughter in law's room. The room also worked out very expensive as we could not pay when we booked due to exchange rate changes and if we had waited till the last minute even though the pound had dropped significantly it would still have been cheaper.

D'ordinaire, nous ne pouvons sejourner dans cet hotel trop onereux (surtout lorsque l'on doit le cumuler aux frais de disney), mais les tarifs à cette période sur le site partenaire étaient plus que raisonnables.     tres bonne organisation, accueil chaleureux, buffet petit dejeuner copieux. Autre point positif : la proximité du parc disney

    un petit moins pour les gourmandises et necessaire de toilette de la chambre un peu restreints (seulement 1 biscuit pour 4 et 1 petit facon de shampoing pour 4) mais ce n'est qu'un detail. Peut etre aussi la fermeture du bar à minuit et du restaurant (le parc disneyland fermant ses portes relativement tard, il n'est pas possible de se reposer ensuite devant une petite collation).

    Leider hat das Hotel es nicht geschafft, uns ein 4 Kopfkissen für 2 Übernachtungen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir hatten bei eine Belegung von 4 Erwachsenen nur 3 Kopfkissen. Leider hat eine Beschwerde diesen Zustand bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht verändert!

    "We were overall pleased with our stay. The room was clean and warm, although a little more storage space would have been nice. The restaurant had a good choice of food for breakfast, and we were more than happy with the quality and cost of the evening buffet, and the staff were very helpful when I brought along a birthday cake. It was (only) a slight disadvantage to have to be specific about the time we wanted breakfast. It might have helped to have more specific directions to the hotel with our booking confirmation."     "The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to the disney parks every few minutes was a big plus as was the Disney shuttlebus to CDG airport picking up directly from the hotel.     The room was a little small for a family! Breakfast time could be a little crowded at times.

    Good surroundings & easily accessable

    The eagerness to take an immediate payment on our arrival after travelling overnight put unwanted pressure on ourselves and started the hotel wexperience off badly

    "would have preferred if both room booked were next to each other but in fact they were very close so didnt cause any inconvience. Didnt realise there was entertainment for the children in the evening time which they really enjoyed.     It is an excellent hotel! The room was big and so clean! The toilet sparkles! I mean it! I cant find any algae anywhere!

    The accommodation was excellent value for money. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the staff very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland Paris. Extremely good value for money.

    Good location, large free car parking, very helpful english speaking staff, spacious room, good continental breakfast.

    Shower not very good which leaked onto the floor causing dangerous puddles on the tiles. Towels not very large. Lifts overused, no signposts to use stairs as an alternative.

We have been to Disneyland Paris on several occasions,having stayed at the Cheyenne and Santa Fe hotels,both of which have the same problem with the breakfast system,due mainly to the sheer number of people all wishing to eat at more or less the same time.We were under the impression from the photos seen on various adverts that the Kyriad was smaller than it actually is and were therefore surprised to have the above concerns."     Clean,spacious and light rooms.

    Being on the first floor just above the reception and bar areas noise travelled up due to the open galleried landing at night.Our main dislike was the very crowded and noisy breakfast system. The food was good but it was like being in a school canteen.

    The hotel was quiet when we arrived ( just a day prior to bank holiday weekend) but the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. The double room was of a good size and clean and looked out over the well cared for courtyard. The bathroom was of a good size and had an excellent powerful and hot shower!!

    There was only one pillow supplied per person and these had no padding in them at all to support head.The food in the resturant could be kept at a hotter temperature.

    "Overall the experience was satisfactory, we recieved great rates - much better than a disney package or travel agent could offer. Our use for the hotel was simply as a base as we spent the entirety of each day in Disneyland Paris and so the hotel served this purpose very well. The breakfast was typically continental and very nice, although a hot option would have been appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well kept. We got what we expected from this hotel and would recommend it to other families wishing to visit Disneyland Paris, expecially as i have stayed in equal starred Disney accommodation which i found to be of a lower standard."     The fan in the bathroom was broken, which made the room uncomfortable after 4 adults showering in the morning. The TV did not work from day two onwards. We were told the room was a double with twin beds however it was a double and bunk beds. There was no cot for our baby on the first night - although I accept the booking stated this request might not be honored.

    "Mauvais rapport qualite prix pour le restaurant. Buffet quelconque aussi bien au petit-dejeuner qu'au buffet du soir. Restaurant largement sous-dimensionne pour le petit-dejeuner. Attendre 25 minutes entre le moment de l'arrivee et le moment ou l'on peut enfin s'assoir avec son plateau est inadmissible. Aussi, il n'y a souven qu'une seule personne a la reception alors qu'il y a du monde; ont doit donc attendre... alors que du personnel est en train de discuter dans une salle a-cote ! Ceci s'est produit les 3 fois ou j'ai du aller a la reception; il ne s'agit donc pas d'un fait isoler." (99180287)
