    "Service was civil rather than warm. £150 per night was rather expensive, but breakfast was good value and room was fine (subject to comments on room size)" (99152823)

    Very clean. Had a good balcony area and spa bath which were very good.

    We liked the fact that the Hotel was very near to the central area ie Passage de Gracia and La Ramblas We also found the Bar and Restauraunt Staff to be very friendly and helpful.

    On check in founf the man at desk to be unplkeasant. secondly we booked a romantic room and found it o be very small . there were very little english channels on the Television

    "excellent central location, well decorated clean rooms. Unfortunately my room adjacent to lifts and very noisy. Staff friendly in the main. Location is simply the best thing about this hotel!" (99459554)
